Mike needs to be a CEO and let the rest coach. Interjecting when he feels hes needed or he wants something done differently would be better imo.

Guys are right.....fundamentals are the first step. If the receivers had simply caught the ball at an average skill level and held blocks a little better some of the games would have played out a lot differently. I'd be signing guys that have a history of good hands and/or spend a LOT of time just throwing and catching in practice. Give me a 4.6 guy that catches the ball over a 4.4 guy with the drops any day.

He went from RB coach at Miami to OC at UCF. A lot of guys will step down to a lesser school for a bigger role, the weirder thing is that he's willing to go back to a position coach again

Makes sense because they moved an analyst who used to be an ex college wr coach to assistant wr coach. Plus, it’s about offensive recruiting in south Florida which we don’t do well at all.
