Showing all of the book spines in the thumbnail is such a power move in this day and age (and I am now so curious to read To Shape a Dragon’s Breath!)

Veronica Roth comeback that’s actually worth it was not on my bingo board so I’m super intrigued by that (and Eastern European folklore to boot? Say less). So glad you had so many books to choose from for your favorites list this past year!

Ship of Destiny was so good ! I think Liveships remains my favourite of RH so far even after Tawny Man. My favourites of the year were The Golden Fool, Braiding Sweetgrass and The Diviners (it took my years to finally read that one but it fit for a readathon so I bit the bullet, and it was exactly the kind of YA I've been craving that we don't really get anymore.)

I just borrowed The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches from my library. It sounds like I'm going to love it. UGH Ship of Destiny. Love the Liveship Traders.

Favourite books of the year was the Shattered Sea trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. The only time during the year I actually binge read!
