That made me so angry that she didn’t get charged for ANYTHING!!! Not only was she sleeping with an underage boy, but she kept him in a tiny little living space with no contact with the outside world!!! And this was before social media and the internet, so he had ZERO human contact other than her. Imagine going 10 years like that and (I don’t think) he even left the house either! Plus the free labor- That’s literally enslavement! I have no idea why he agreed to it, I’m guessing she convinced him she would leave her husband one day 🤷♀️ Idk, but not only that, her poor husband too! Not only was she having an affair but using his money to support another human being without his knowledge and allowing him to think he was going crazy and whatnot!🤦♀️ What she did to both of them was sooo AWFUL and she’s such a horrible person!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if she told Otto to kill him if he ever started to act “out of control” and painted the picture that he was abusive and dangerous. Then she waited for a night where he was drinking and already in a bad mood so she could say all the things she knew would push his buttons and get a reaction out of him. That way if things ever went south with otto, she could always maintain the story of self defense without worrying about him ratting her out later. I think it was her plan from the beginning to get otto to shoot him and make him think he did the right thing🙄

You forgot to mention that she cheated on the lawyer too, and it was that guy who had hidden one of the murder weapons on her behalf. Her neighbor hid the other one. At one point in time, she had no less than three lovers at once, none of whom knew about each other. To recap : She was in possession of the stolen goods and both murder weapons, all hidden at her behest, all recovered by the police eventually. And STILL the jury wasn't sure about her guilt in the matter. In fact, the majority of the jury wanted to acquit her! This woman was a sociopath and narcissist through and through, the only reason she got away with it at all was because was because sexism in the legal system at the time worked in her favor.

I was just telling my Uber driver, (literally a couple of hours ago,) about my neighbors, who found out they had had someone living in their attic, for at least a few months, when they found a sleeping bag and a bunch of empty food packaging. There had been a means to acquire egress into the attic from outside of the house, and apparently that was how they had been getting in, I know they locked up the hatch, into the attic, outside. I don’t remember what else happened, but they moved out not too long afterwards-perhaps unsurprisingly. We joked at the time about a similar situation to the one described in the video, I really hope it didn’t play out the same way!
@ChrisW2282 жыл бұрын
At 7:27, he described the two small differences: 1. The husband heard the killer run DOWN the stairs and 2. The husband recognized the killer. Since the husband died on the spot, how does anyone know these things? Neither can be assumed. The husband may not have heard anything over the fighting. The man who had been living in an attic for nine years probably looked very different than when he last saw him, not to mention how hard it is to place some people out of context. I get the assumptions, but the whole take could have been told without them.
