I'm a Venezuelan, when he said that we are a country desperately trying not to fall a part I really felt that, it was really emotional, so much bad stuff has happened to us from all the sides possible, and it's really hard to explain to someone who doesn't live here how fucked all of this is, it is as bad as he says in the video. But you can only know the true story when you experienced in your own flesh, I've watched people come and go out of this country only staying a week or a month, it's not enough only when this country has its clutches on your life, you will now know why you are probably doomed for ever. right now I watch the situation in America and the only thing I can say is, to whatever side of the political spectrum you might be on: please, take care of your country, protect it, don't ever let it fall in the darkness we are in now, for people like me, America might be the only hope of finding a place where I could live and be happy, stay safe and good day from Anzoategui as I wish good fortune to the free land of the whole continent of America

@@po3n Because Americans care about what happens with America. Not some third rate country in Africa. It's the same for any citizen in any country. Also this is such a dumb argument and deflection. The fact that you are comparing America to third world countries is insulting.

I cried during the last part of the video. I'm Venezuelan as well and I'm struggling to get out. My parents are Salvadorean immigrants who were fleeing from the situation of the civil war in El Salvador. My parents used to say how you couldn't even trust the government to handle gang violence because they were corrupt as well. They used to say how there were a lot of bodies in the streets, just piled up on the side. My dad claimed he got a death threat despite never being involved with gangs or the government. As a Venezuelan I can't thank you enough for addressing our horrible situation, I live in Europe. Like the 5 million Venezuelans that have fled the country we come across lots of people who are clueless about our situation and prefer to defend a tyrannous dictator committing genocide against his own people just because he's left wing. Most of the news from Latin America that come to Europe do so through Spain because of the language barrier. And unfortunately, all the oil money is used by the Venezuelan regime to buy press and media and silence the news in Spain. Google this because Venezuelan relatives to politicians have become incredibly wealthy and have bought most of the stocks for mayor TV stations, Press and even found political parties like Podemos. We face an international media blackout and very little information makes it to the surface. @@StreakyBaconMan That's actually an argument for the contrary. The more population density a country has the less its fauna is a danger to its people. Why? Hint: India’s population is 1,36 billion ppl, while Australia's only 25 millions... so the animal induced death rate in Australia is much higher than India's if you consider the number of deaths in India in the observed period were “only” 15 times higher but a with a population 51 times bigger than Australia is. Of course, this doesn’t consider the ability of the two countries to report and count this kind of deaths, after all it's easier to get eaten by a tiger in the jungle in India and disappear. But, still, those are the numbers we need to deal with. 😉

I lived in El Salvador for 3 years its not as bad as thoughty2 explains. There's areas in certain cities in the US you don't want to go to, its the same for El Salvador. There is good areas where if your skin is pale your fine but go to a bad area where most salvadoreans will let you know, if you ask, not to go you're good
@niklasmolen47534 жыл бұрын
@@canooples5134 It is so in almost all areas that only certain areas are bad. You can avoid a lot by choosing who you hang out with and at what times you are where. Read that in Bogotar 95% of the murders take place at 2% of the city's addresses. I live in Sweden and here the gang murders have increased a lot (still at a low level compared to North and South America. But I am not afraid even though it happens during the day on the open street, because they only murder each other and in certain areas.
