Thousands flock to Stonehenge to celebrate summer solstice

Thousands of people greeted the sun with cheers as it rose over Stonehenge for the summer solstice on Friday - just days after the ancient monument was sprayed with orange paint.
Those who observed the spectacle at the neolithic structure in Wiltshire encountered a chilly morning accompanied by misty fields as the sun glinted over the horizon at 4.52am.
The display follows the heritage site having been targeted by Just Stop Oil protesters earlier this week.
Wiltshire Police said a man in his 70s and a woman in her 20s had been bailed after being arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, damaging an ancient monument and deterring a person from engaging in a lawful activity.

If your friend gives you a car and a house, would you thank the car and house or thank your friend. If the sun didn't exist and will go supernova, shouldn't you thank the One who put it there for you? If the climate got hotter and made earth unlivable, would you worship the sun to stop harming you or would you not invoke it's Creator at that time? That's why you get calamities, so that you might return.

Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, (Interpretation of the meaning) So said the people before them words of similar import. [Al-Baqarah 2:118] They said: "Have you come to us so that we should worship Allah Alone and forsake that which our fathers used to worship? Then bring us that wherewith you have threatened us if you are of the truthful." [Al-A'raaf 7:70] (The warner) said: "Even if I bring you better guidance than that which you found your fathers following?" They said: "Verily, we are of that with which you have been sent, disbelievers." [Az-Zukhruf 43:24] Say (O Muhammad ﷺ): "Tell me! If Allah made the night continuous for you till the Day of Resurrection, which god besides Allah could bring you light? Will you not then hear?" [Al-Qasas 28:71] And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Prostrate yourselves not to the sun nor to the moon, but prostrate yourselves to Allah who created them, if you (really) worship Him. [Fussilat 41:37] And when harm touches men, they cry sincerely only to their Lord, turning to Him in repentance; but when He gives them a taste of His Mercy, behold, a party of them associates partners in worship with their Lord. So as to be ungrateful for the graces which We have bestowed on them. Then enjoy (your short life); but you will come to know. [Ar-Rum 30:33-34]

Allah سبحانه وتعالى said, (Interpretation of the meaning) Do they attribute as partners to Allah those who created nothing but they themselves are created? [Al-A'raaf 7:191] Is then He who creates as one who creates not? Will you not then remember? [An-Nahl 16:17] Those whom they invoke besides Allah have not created anything, but are themselves created. [An-Nahl 16:20] Your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God). But as for those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts deny, and they are proud. Certainly Allah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. Verily, He likes not the proud. [An-Nahl 16:22-23] And when it is said to them: "What is it that your Lord has sent down (unto Muhammad ﷺ)?" They say: "Tales of the ancients!" [An-Nahl 16:23] That is because they loved and preferred the life of this world over that of the Hereafter. And Allah guides not the people who disbelieve. [An-Nahl 16:107] And they used to say: "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed then be resurrected?" [Al-Waaqi'ah 56:47] We know that which the earth takes of them (their dead bodies), and with Us is a Book preserved (i.e. the Book of Decrees). [Qaf 50:4] Verily! Those who disbelieved in Our Ayat (Signs), soon We shall burn them in a Fire. As often as their skins are roasted through, We shall change them for other skins so that they may taste the punishment. Verily, Allah is Ever Most Powerful, All-Wise. [An-Nisaa' 4:56]

The only orange I saw on the stones was from the sun. But at the end of the day and the history of the world, we are ALL just top soil….😉

It was coloured cornflour. No damage to man,beast or thousands year old rocks. But it made the news unlike the filth going into rhe rivers seas daily.

Who exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the creator who is blessed for every. Romans 1: v25. It will not be something created by human hands that will delivered any one to salvation only the the Savour of the world. Jesus is the only way. John 14v6.
