Yes absolutely. These events are meant for ALL community members. Electric or human powered mobility. Always a joyous and wonderful event Ciclavia is. EDIT: Rewatching the video, noticed another dude in a wheelchair on the left hand side at 10:44 looks like a speed chair lol
