@@tugger true, but you got peeps comatose from pebbles on flat ground.. The zen of skating is like the zen of surfing (or fighting)- you basically just waiting for a shark.. or for physics to call your number. You sacrifice your body for a profound purpose. I'm just stoked to see someone channeling that consistency have a good time.. We could talk a little bit about self sacrifice and cognitive behavior therapy.. No one does anything alone, tho we all know it can feel that way..
@angcientrock
@angcientrock 2 жыл бұрын
@@Vscustomprinting Not luck at all, at least not for most of these. He's good enough to recognize in a split second which tries need to be bailed. People get fucked up on tricks not nearly as dangerous just because they're inexperienced. It also has to do with how he approaches tricks when he's trying them. Like with the huge wallride, he was putting more of his weight behind him so he'd fall on the wall if he was unbalanced. It's super common for good skaters to err on the side of caution to get a feel for a trick, or have safer bails. There's a Thrasher article where Ishod talks about this kind of stuff, super cool
