Its really sad what happened to Ben, one of the most unique skaters of our time to wind up being chewed up by the industry and spit out onto the rainy streets of Portland. For as much coverage as this dude had, I never really saw anyone ride any of his gear. Was he even pro on Birdhouse for that long? I wish he'd get the help he needs and get back to killing it. So, do people not realize that street skating is done almost solely on other people's property? All of these comments are really odd and it makes it seem like the newer wave of kids don't really "get it". That intro is what street skating is. It's not a home, it's an office space, but even if it was it's not uncommon. It just so happens that someone caused a fuss at that particular spot. I can't say I agree with him going at the dude, but I def am not going to shit on him for it. If you are in the business of disliking a skater because he argues about a street spot you are gonna have a short list of street skaters.
