Hi Bobby! Been watching this video on KZbin and it’s been very helpful. My question is regard to whether you still have this machine. I’ve owned mine for 5 years and can’t say I’ve used it very much. For some reason the embroidery angels have been surrounding me and I’ve been trying to use mostly for embroidery. Would like to ask you questions regarding your experience with this machine. Excellent videos thank you. I do have a question. I have my nq3500 since April. I’ve had to have a repair but Brother. The needle threader got stuck and safety went on. There was no way to start or thread. I got it back two months ago. Well it happened again It took me four hours to get the needle threader to work. Have you had any experience or problems with the machine. I have to contact Brother again. The threader got stuck on top of the needle. The needle would not go up or down. It just kept making grinding noise. Any advise would be appreciated. .

Hey Bobby. Love your tutorials. And I am a subscriber of your channel. I must have missed this and I did kind of find it in the manual,but could I ask you if you would tell me how to change the needle position please? I'm sorry to take up your time but I am just not sure. It seems like you have to select a stitch to change the position? Please help me Bobby. Thank you so much 😬

yes, you have to pick a stitch and edit the left / right shift by pressing the stitch edit button in the top right corner of the screen... or just set your speed control slider to do it, it will change needle position if on a straight stitch, but it will change the width on stitches with a sideways needle swing... :)

+dmaria0282 I never say never, I enjoy making sewing machine videos, but I work such a ridiculous amount of time and lately haven't had time or energy.... I'm just glad I at least got these few videos up because Brother hasn't promoted this series as well as some of the higher end models... I had someone comment once that my lighting and setup weren't professional, but I'm not a professional, I did this for free on my own time because it was fun for me and hopefully helpful to others. :) thanks for your support... :)
