To my knowledge all machines that have a foot pedal need to be removed if you just want to use the Start/Stop button.

If you don’t have the automatic buttonhole number 3A and the single hole throat plate for the Bernina, Artista 200, I have both of those items for sale. The single hole throat plate is quite expensive and I have one for sale along with the 3A foot. Each would be $25.

Navigator was not turning on I was about ton purchase an expensive battery pack then you showed me there is a docking station I got a friend give me two navigator I guess they forgot to give docking station. Loved your review on SPR! Do you still have the same love? Just purchased it DOA in need of capacitors for $2.50 at a thrift shop, including only the embroidery unit, cases and a needle. No accessories, no accessory box, no feet. Mega hoop I went back and found for $4. The videos from Sewing machine repair guy gave me the courage to do the replacement of the capacitors and I now have a running machine. I really enjoyed reading your review and searched Google for your username, finding this video I'd already let run my first couple days while doing research.

Needle threader - you have to have presser foot down and hold tension on the thread. Works every time. My SE is 20 years old and still going strong. Love it.

i have this viking designer SE how do I set my machine to do different color thread when embroidering its not stopping for me to change the thread color only doing one color

Viking/Pfaff has the patent on the sensor system (the auto-lift and auto-adjusting foot) and that’s why other brands have to pull the foot control plug when using the Start/Stop button. Same with other brands that try to incorporate some sort of auto-lifting foot. I absolutely love my Viking machines. The sensor system is something I refuse to sew without, it’s a total game changer.

The auto-left needle position has driven me nuts. Thanks for this fix!

I know this was 6 years but I thought I'd chime in to say that the LauraStar Premium lineup is the one with just the regular board and the Magic lineup is the ones with the active board 😁 that's pretty much the only difference between them

It’s too Bad the New Sharks are Not like this anymore. Now you can Not simply replace the belt, Shark Forces you to buy a replacement vacuum head which is around $100 and it’s NOT Worth it!

The New version of the Hoover Floormate does Not a vacuum for dry dirt anymore so the Mopping and liquid suction doesn’t get clogged.

There was a Royal version of this vacuum that used Bags instead of Bagless.

I have a bernina artista 200 and was sewing yesterday and the needle bar does not go up and down. It moves sideways like doing a fancy stitch but no sew. I can do it by hand but then it will hit the bobbin every so often......... so what do I need to fix it????

I just bought the same machine this year from somebody on market place.. I feel played lmao because if 9 years ago it was worth $1,000 it is not in 2023

Thank you! This info needs to be in the Brother sewing machine manuals! I touched my Luminaire screen by mistake, which set my needle position far to the right. Wasn’t able to get it reset to center so it would stay that way. Many thanks!

Thank you SOOOOOO much for this! Like really, thank you! I love this machine. I did not realize just how much I love this machine until this problem arose a couple of days ago. Like I was sulking and trying to find a replacement, then realized there was none. I realize that there are greater machines out there, but I have really bonded with this one. I only sew minor projects for myself or my daughter, but this one is so user-friendly smooth, and easy going....sorry very long-winded (friend in my head). Thank again.

Do you have any other videos on this machine? This one is very dark. It is good, though. How do you fill the bobbin and how does the bobbin go in? Someone just gave me one of these exact machines and I know nothing about it! Thank you so much!
