The thing about scouting is that is levels faster the higher level it is. To my knowledge there are only 2 ways to train it. 1) find hideouts which give 50xp and 2) find tracks (the arrows on the ground). the best way to train it, is to follow said tracks (the more traffick there is the better) as each arrow gives xp. This is also the reason why it levels faster at a higher level as you'll find more tracks and thus get more xp.

If you duel the leader of the hideout you get the remaining troops as soldiers it's a great way of getting more troops

Their are some great bandit mods. They make super powerful units and create giant armies of bandits for later in the game. Surrealbeliefs used this mod

To anyone wondering how to unlock parts for the smithy, i did some googling: "When you start smelting or crafting a type of weapon, you will slowly receive all the smithing parts for it. For example: If you smelt and craft two-handed swords, you will slowly get smithing parts for two-handed swords."

Btw! If you do fight the bandit leader 1on1 in an hideout, you get the people standing behind him as prisoners! :D

Watching late, but I feel the best way to collect troops here is to have a looter squad who you use purely as cannon fodder protecting your "good" prisoners

In time if threat x gets a castle he can just have the castle recruit the prisoners for him or get the improved garrisons mod to have it focus on recruiting Prisoners

Try looking for groups with prisoners that you can recruit as troops. To that end look for for fights and move in on the victor. You should avoid the morale penalty as well.

I mean correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Spartacus more about freeing existing Prisoners, which then in turn joined his cause ? So I feel like this series should more be about finding enemy Lords that currently hold Prisoners and "freeing" them. Currently you are running around, making Prisoners and then hoping they will see the errors in their ways and join you. Though I dont think Spartacus every really made Prisoners...

you should get that perk for bandits offer to join you, cause you are spartacus, so people want to join you in your fight for freedom🙄and get teoops in anyway beside recruiting will. be fine, cause if you do just prisoners will be extremly hard for you,

Two things there is an order to use blunt weapons in the game I don't remember what f# it is also your mannerisms make me think of a British general during the late to end of the revolution war in the United States still joking but no longer confident in their ability it is quite entertaining.

Don't raise conformity any more if you cheat it's not really a challenge use perks instead to your advantage. Do prison breaks raids to level roguery to help bandit prisonerrecruitment. Leadership I believe has perks for regular prisoners to conform faster.
