This is such a cool idea and the end result turned out great! I’m of course a little bias but the art doll bits were the best part 😆 specially if that’s your first go! The amount of times I’ve sewn legs closed forgetting the feet were already attached is....a lot haha so I felt your pain and my feet are never related they are barely acquaintances. The head sculpting turned out really nice as well 🥰

"Who care about gender anyway?" 8D Iove it, love your attitude, love your creature creation! I think you were too hard on yourself, considering the paws as 'distant cousins' they look fine to me, but I know that artist types tend to be really hard on themselves. Edit: after finishing watching: If you cover her paws in some really tiny flocking (chopped up pieces of yarn or fur) it would hide their unevenness. That's just an idea. Anyway. I adore how you did her wings. Wonderful, wonderful custom! Edit2: AND the necklace!

Are you kidding me? I love her lumpy paws! She uses those puppies every day! I really like this doll, and even though I feel your pain not being able to print paws, I'm really glad that you had to do this by hand, because it makes me feel as if I could do this too. Many doll artists now simply whip up all kinds of things with their 3d printer, and not having one makes that really frustrating. She turned out really well and not at all hurriedly made looking!

the bat wings using latex is a really cool way of doing it! if you want to avoid texture i’d recommend latex thinner :)

If you want to add volume that is lightweight use aluminum foil. If you want to learn how to handle liquid latex You need to look up special effect makeup.

first off: the doll is amazing second: as far as I know there are lionesses with manes.. it´s rare and their manes aren´t as voluminous .. but they have manes (they have higher levels of testosterone which also comes with behavorial changes and more) but there you go ... fun fact of the day I guess 😅

Let's see this idea...hmm...the lower body would have to be monkey but with a tail of either snake head or just it's snake tail, Peri & Pearl from monster high are the only one's I know but you would have to change fin arms into some other ghouls arms. I wish you luck on your creation.

What a gorgeous greature 😍😍 LOVE the wings… i hope to get that far one Day, i Got a box of 72 derwent watercolor Yesterday, and some pastels, i have been collecting over long time, Dolls,colors,yarn, hair and Nice fabrics, and all im missing is MSC, and today i found out, thats not gonna happen 🥺 they dont ship it to my country 😭😭😭 and its too humid in Denmark to use Liquitex 🤷🏻‍♀️ so im pretty sad and upset.. trying to find an MSC alternative for sealant.. any ideas?

Trans chimera doll. Either that or irl some lionesses have high testosterone levels, causing them to grow manes. So no worries on the mane front. This is so cool tho!
