E, most fermented/cultured milk based product have little to no residual lactose, so things like cheese and yogurt (especially Greek yogurt because any residual lactose is mostly in the whey) are fine for people with lactose intolerance. Great vid as always. I am catching up on your old vids so I'll quit firing off these comments soon. I really enjoy your work!

As long as it's fermented long enough to remove the sweetness. If it's still sweet I just leave it in a warm place for a half a day or longer.

I came here to say this, but ya beat me. As a very lactose intolerant human, I can say that I still get to enjoy most yogurts and hard cheeses-though in moderation.

I tried making like a chipotle style burrito bowl, and that Greek yogurt queso actually works really well with it.

I like to mix it with taco seasoning or the ranch powder packets and use it for veggies or tortilla chips 🙃

Loved the bloopers! Those deviled eggs sound tasty as hell, and I’m with you, every time there are deviled eggs at a party I end up eating soo many many that my farts smell like sulfur for a week!

It'd be awesome if you experimented with Mexican dishes using various French cheeses, since you're there. In watch the hell out of that!

The reason these aren’t as good as grandma’s is because you’ve forfeited flavor with non fat. Non fat anything is flat, flavorless, and boring. Opt for low fat if you have to go that route. Fat equals flavor. And there are good fats that every body needs.
