Hi hun, ugggh, another surgery...... space and time + fan + chocolate ice cream = 😊 When you're recovered, have you thought about swimming? There are women/ disabled sessions in most local pools. A good way to strengthen your whole body without putting pressure on it, and breast stroke is really good for your boobs 😁 Meaco fans are brilliant. I've had mine for 2 yrs and wouldn't be without it. Much better than a dyson and at least half the price xx

I’m not really very good at swimming (like I can swim enough to not drown), also cos of body issues I can’t do busy pools, so finding somewhere quiet is tricky! It’s a good suggestion though and something I’d like to aim towards doing

Oh gosh it must be awful for you not being able to shower at the moment! Hibiscrub though 😍 takes me back to my dental nursing days, loved the stuff. Hopefully the surgery makes a difference for you.

It’s the worst - it’s so hot and I’m so sweaty and gross, I would kill a person for a cold shower right now 😂😂
