Thank you. Eggs don't have to be refrigerated in Europe because they are not washed and still have the protective layer. I don't know where you watching from, but if from the USA please make sure to keep them in the fridge. The best way to do scrambled eggs would be in a frying pan, on a very slow heat, my way is very fast compared, not the best way but quick. Anyway I'm glad you enjoy the content 👌😀👍

I had to google what "gammon" is. Turns out...only UK english has both "ham" and "gammon" and everywhere else it's all "ham". Sounds like a lot of the english-second-language people ordering get confused hearing "gammon" too.
