Sometimes I wonder if the darkness can be related to Saint Padre pio's quote. "It would be easier for the world to survive without the sun than to do without the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass." We saw a foreshadowing of this during the covid situation, how easily that can happen. A day in God's time is different than ours.

Many years ago, when I was in my 20s, I had a dream. I did not understand then what it meant and I had never heard of the 3 days of darkness. But in my dream, I was in a very old beautiful house, and the Master of the house told me NOT to go outside. It was all darkness outside. He said You must stay in the house, it isn't safe out there. The wolves are loose. I understood as the dream ended that the Master was Jesus, and that there would be a time when there would be a period of darkness. And danger. And all those outside the house (which is the Church which I understood years later) would suffer and die. Now that I've heard about these 3 days of darkness, I wonder....I've never forgotten that one dream. It's been 40 years. I was certain that whatever was to come would be during my lifetime. I guess we'll see though.

Blessed Anna Maria saved my grandson from in uteto death! My daughter had placenta previa w two pregnancies. She hemorrhaged horribly with the first one and Madeline Grace was a premi but made it! Dylan was truly a miracle as the placenta actually sat on the cervix and my daughter didn’t hemorrhage at all. I put the first class relic if Anna Maria my daughter’s uterus every day. @Serac There's no evidence that state of grace = working candle. This is another inference that tends to push people away from believing a message rather than bringing them to it. We need to stop saying things like this without evidence. Different saints and religious figures have estimate as low as 2/3 and as high as 4/5 of the world population getting killed during the 3 days of darkness. These are actually very hopeful numbers when you consider the amount of faithful practicing Catholics in the world. I would have thought 9.5/10 or something would be killed off. Considering the above numbers, one would have to assume that those outside of a state of a grace could be spared. If not, all non Catholics are dead according to traditional views on Salvation (that's not going to happen), and any Catholic who hasn't received absolution recently, would be at risk as well. The candles are also never stated to be the catalyst of salvation during this time period. While having holy candles would be nice, it's never stated as necessary for survival during the 3 days. You might otherwise just be indoors in darkness. Honestly, I can't picture 5%, let alone as high as 25% of the population having blessed candles and also being in a state of grace. 2% would be a high estimate in all honesty..

Yes, I do belive this is true and your baptism candles are blessed so find and Get them out exercised salt over every window and stay away from doors and windows cover all of them and pray your rosery and don't stop praying or look outside at all. Do not open doors or windows. Even if someone knocks at the door saying it is your family member or friend begging and pledding to open the door. Do not open the door because it is a demon!! I read that the Blessed Virgen Mary said one beeswax candle is suffice. That it will continue to burn for the 3 days of darkness. That if you are not in a state of grace, the blessed candle will not work. To put the candle near her (statue, figurine) on a small table and for the family the kneel and continuously pray for the forgiveness of sins.

I pray the candles will still work and we are protected.....of course telling my family about the 3 Days, they would think I lost my mind!! We are moving closer to my daughter, & right now I have no idea where my blessed candles are. I just pray this doesn't happen until I've moved. Sadly, my husband has decided to leave Catholicism (he was never properly catechized & not practicing,) & my daughter is not living in a state of grace, nor is the father of the children. She does want to begin going back to church, & goes sometimes (& does not receive the Holy Eucharist. (At least she knows not to!) They plan to get married, but not in any rush. He is only baptized Catholic, then nothing else after that. I have 2 young grandchildren, which is why we're moving. I need to teach the grandkids the Faith! Please pray for my family. I hope & pray that this punishment does not occur before they change their hearts, & come into full communion with the Catholic Church.

Just consecrate them to the blessed mother and pray the Rosary all four of them and the Divine Mercy chaplet every day for their conversion. Just trust in God. Maybe you could do as I do and start to say the daily 12 year prayers of St Bridget. Even if you die before you complete the 12 years, the magnificent promises of Jesus are still fulfilled as you intended to complete them. Among the promises are that you can nominate 3 persons to be in a state of Grace before death. That means you could include your daughter etc. it’s a great gift from God to have this reassurance.

The candles are the bees waxed candles Blessed during Candlemass (Feb). You are to cover all windows with black paper (I bought black sheets and thumb tacks). No one should go outside for 3 days. All open food or in glass can not be eaten because they may be contaminated. Sealed foods or canned are fine. Do not look outside. Stay inside, pray and read good/ holy books and under NO circumstances allow anyone in. As for being in a state of Grace, I don't recall that condition. But if you go to regular confession, that should be fine. "Evil things" will be prowling the earth. I think they'll "smell" evil and enter those homes. The Blessed candles will repel them and the black window covering is to prevent you from peering outside from curiosity. I'll have to review St Pio's instructions on this again...

In the early 1960's, I was 10 or 11 hears old listening in on a converstation between my mother, a Holy woman, my Godmother and her friend, a Catholic Priest visiting her from Mexico. The Priest whose name I don't remember, told them about the Three Days of Darkness. The following is his account: 1. Close all doors and windows. 2. light Blessed 100% wax candles. (The candle will light for entire three days). 3. We must not open our doors to anyone! The demons can and will imitate our loved ones voices. If you open your door - all inside your home will perish (remember Sodom & Gomorrah , Genesis 19:24). 3. Pray night and day, The Rosary. Read The Holy Bible, various Prayers, Sprinkle Holy Water throughout your home and bless one another. 4. You need more than just the blessed candles. You will need matches to light it since lighters will not work. You will also need canned food (does not need to be refrigerated), water, and blankets. It will take time for the world to recover from this and get basic services up and running again so you have to provide for yourself until then. When this happens, do not look out your windows. Close your shades and do not answer your door. Anyone who opens their door or goes outside during this Warning from God will die immediately. I do believe in the three days of darkness from Catholic prophesies by many, and from the science standpoint of view. I attend daily TV mass through a Toronto, CAN channel and the priests blessed candles during the service and extended the blessing to those who presented candles while participating from their homes. Today, I viewed Dr. Marshall's most recent explanation on the "three days of darkness" - as always, he presents thorough research for the faithful. I have heard the candles will not light for those who are not in a state of grace. Also, that young and the innocent will fall into a merciful sleep during it. No curious peeking outside and God will take care of our pets if outside. Satan will be let loose on the wicked souls and the demons will drag them into hell.
