No, YOU are a GIRL period. I might be called a 'white' guy yet I can't tollerate these dumb labels we've all given to one another just to attempt to perpetuate the various false senses of superiority [or inferiority] You and I could be neighbors, great friends•perhaps even more••point being- get down to WHY we refuse to so easily seek PEACE ON EARTH- oh no too many 'self- righteous' souls MUST compartmentalize everyone to death. Sorry, but we [for 8] have absolutely had it with this total garbage attitude. Other than M/F, you and I are THEE SAME. In closing, us guys are o.k. somewhat & sometimes but if you gals were running the world- we'd have seen that unilateral PEACE ages ago. War would be 'extinct' ❤😢😮😊

This is Three Dog Night all grown up. And I am a fan all grown up. I must have entered the fandom at about 15. The first album I heard was "Captured Live at the Forum." Within a few years, I was 3 rows back from the stage watching them perform in Clemson SC. (Yes, THAT Clemson! Go Tigers!) In time I was to hold telephone conversations with Joe Schermie, TDN's original bass player, speak in person to Mike Allsup, get a letter from Cory and get backstage in Greenville SC. But now, Jimmy, Joe, and Cory have passed, and TDN is very different. This concert with the Tennessee Symphony is one of THE best I have ever seen. Like I said, all grown up. And here I am at 64, still a fan and missing those who have gone on. Enjoy this concert. It is definitely TDN at its best.

There will never, ever be, another group that will compare to THREE DOG NIGHT, in any of its forms! This is the group that defines classic secular rock music! There was always such color in in anything they produced. That is simply my opinion. There, of course, will never be another like them. I have every one of their vinyl LP's produced, and I had the honor of seeing them perform in the early 80's. It is unfortunate Chuck was never allowed back, but he didn't define the group. This was a group of passionate musicians that presented fantastic music for people to enjoy. To me, the music passed off as music today is sorely lacking. No real instruments, no storytelling lyrics, and no heart. I would encourage young people today to get back to basics. Put away the computers from music. Create the music from traditional instruments and tell stories from the heart and soul. Wonderful performance THREE DOG NIGHT. Thank you for your contribution to the music of my era.
@robinsnest43063 жыл бұрын
Amen. That is why not much talent this day! In our day there weren’t IPhones or computers to sidetrack you. Their creative juices flowed! Kids these days I’m worried about. But I hope the kids will appreciate this music and continue to listen and pass in.. good music never dies!

I adored seeing him perform - he could barely contain himself at times because the music was bursting to come out of him. Besides talent, he was a rare performer who actually 'got it' ... The recent loss of the iconic Cory Wells is tragic and he will be terribly missed. Thanks to Danny Hutton, Cory Wells and the Tennessee Symphony Orchestra for this terrific and entertaining performance.

I remembered I had the DVD 2 days before he died I had to upload it... It's weird how you find old things you love and then you see something like that happen i was in shock.

Quite possibly the finest performance that comprised most of the original members of this super group of the early 70s. Thank you for sharing

So why wasn’t Negron part of this show? I just saw him last Saturday 1/25/2020 in St Charles Illinois . Met him later. Very humble down to earth guy. Although he was on oxygen he said he was quite healthy, that the oxygen is Result of lung injury In 70s when he was in a serious car wreck! Crushed sone ribs. Injured his lung. But he put on a very nice show, w a great band, and even had his two daughters cone up to sing w him on last song. What great songs. Pieces of April? Easy to be hard? , what beautiful songs and memories.

Chuck wasn't reunited with them because of Danny. Danny refused to take his calls and won't even mention him. He totally acts like Chuck never even existed. Chuck always mentions both Corey and Danny. Danny was and still is jealous of Chuck. Before Corey passed,him and Chuck were on good terms.

Yes, TDN won't be the same without Cory. Kind of like Chicago without Cetera, although obviously much more tragic with Cory's passing.. TDN is coming to my area in a few months, but I think I'll pass with only Danny Hutton remaining.

I was very fortunate and saw Three Dog Night back in 1971 their first live concert and tour, in Bloomington, Minnesota and they were set up as a theater in the round. They were excellent. Excellent! And they still are to this day. And you're right, they carry such happy, warm music. What happened to it? We need it back!!
