Chuck Negron sang the song with Three Dog Night. Leo had a hit with it as well. He had bigger hits with Long Tall Glasses, When I Need You and You Make Me Feel Like Dancing.

That was not Leo Sayer singing. He wrote the song but wasn't part of the group. He had a solo career - and looked a lot like Richard Simmons.

Danny, Corey and Chuck were the 3 singers. . Since they were so good at turning songs into big hits many unknown writers sent them songs. Later a lot became well known.

There are three singers in the band, hence Three Dog Night. You've done many of their best songs, but they have plenty left. Great songs - Old Fashioned Love Song, One Man Band, Black and White, Pieces of April....

No, not Leo Sayer singer. You Hear Chuck Negron, singing . His voice his unbelievable, as are Cory Wells and Danny Hutton the "3 dogs" they hD a band of 4, Joe Schermie on bass, Micheal Allsup guitar, Jimmy Greenspoon keyboards, Floyd Sneed drums. All super musicians. Joe Schermie passed way too soon, thence is when they got new bassist Jack Ryland. They are monstrous!!!!
