Wow. Healthful organic food is the best. No chemicals. How I dream of living in a quiet, simple place near a lake and surrounded with trees and plants in the middle of the forest. All you could hear are the swaying sound of the leaves, birds and cicadas chirping, the flowing of the water, and your work tools in action. How I wish my husband loves doing what you always do - carpentry, gardening, fishing, cooking simple meals...

Shawn , I built my place mostly alone, landscaped, gardens, orchard, ponds, stoves, water system. Never dreamed my family wouldn't love it or be here. I press on, it's hard but possible, trick is not to get bitter. Deciding to stay or move on alone to another place. But I enjoyed every minute of it, I LOVE it, it has become a part of me. Sometimes I think another place a new start would be great, but the extreme hard work that became a part of me, is also heartbreaking to think of leaving and my dreams not becoming a reality, and age & strength to think about. Every time I think of a new place I think, what could be better than this one. If you saw it you'd laugh. I feel so very very rich in nature. Im praying for you. May God encourage and lift your spirit. You are extremely blessed. Off grid in Oklahoma Mt Momma

I also had iron deficiency and became anemic, I understand the lack of energy and fatigue and thought it was age being in mid 50’s. Diagnosed with celiac disease, changed diet and much improved. Maybe something to look into, I had very few other symptoms.
@thisorthat76264 жыл бұрын
Hanora, low iron is tough on the body. When people used cast iron for cooking, the acidic food actually leeched small amounts of iron out of the pan and into the food. You may want to try cooking with cast iron and see if it helps you. Being exhausted is no fun. I hope you have found a way to get more iron in your diet. Blessings.

Nothing breaks, nothing burns or over boils, even though he is multitasking all the time. Dog is perfect. Let me guess... he trained the dog himself. I’ll bet he can build canoes, and carve kitchen things and fix clocks, and breed dogs, and on and on.
