Loved the video, I too enjoy planting stuff it makes me feel good improving my space. The wolves make me nervous around Callie I know they will kill dogs when they can so when she jumped up and looked behind you I was afraid they were coming in for her.

Go to the local wrecker's yard and get a hood from a 60's something vehicle.. The farmer's in the Interlake region in Manitoba used them all the time to move large rocks.. They slide easily when upside down and never break and are relatively light.

fire is your friend to accelerate adding pot ash and nutrients to the soils the root systems remain unaffected except for where you plant...collectively the soils which are acidic will leach the potash in during rains!

This year I ordered trees in smaller batches only when I had the holes ready first. It gave me time to recoup in between and no extras when it was time to concentrate on the garden.

For 5 years I kept chickens. Then I moved onto rabbits. Rabbits are so much easier. Don't think I'll ever go back to chickens.

The next time you kill a tom turkey...try this Southern recipe from Alabama...there is no better way to cook a Wild Turkey...After skinning the bird, split the left and right breasts apart...You will have two separate breasts...Butterfly each breast from right to left by cutting the breast's thickness in half...Take each butterflied breast and cut across the grain in "two finger" size breast strips...Place the turkey breast strips and place them in a bowl and soak them in regular milk or buttermilk in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours...Remove the breasts strips from the milk, drain them, and batter them in your favorite batter mix...Cook in deep hot grease until the breasts strips float to the top...Remove from grease and drain on brown paper...Serve with brocoli casserole, or your favorite home made vegetables and sides...These turkey breast strips are so tender, they will melt in your mouth like Godiva Chocolates. Don't forget to say Grace and thank the good Lord for his bountiful blessings!!!

First Post: my wife and I have watched you since the early days. Your channel was her favourite and we sat together watching you and Callie for many happy hours together. She sadly passed away last year, but the opening banjo music and the nature sounds and your talk over never failed to raise a smile. Heartfelt thanks.

06:38 Sean ruins the seedlings with cold water. and it is more correct to water it warm! That's why most of his new bushes died. Cold water is the enemy of immature young transplanted bushes and trees. . 06:38 Шон губит саженцы холодной водой. а правильней поливать тёплой! Вот почему большинство его новых кустов погибли. Холодная вода враг неокрепших молодых пересаженных кустов и деревьев.

Wood chipper? Also, a heavy duty drill with an auger bit (they come in different diameters) would make your planting lighter work and save time.

You sure have a lot on your plate. I hope you meet your goals but at the same time pay attention to your body. All that heavy lifting you don’t want to strain yourself or create hernias.
