Did ******** **** or ‘The Strines’ for the first time last week. Completely agree with you, it’s just made for cycling. Perfect road surface, stunning scenery, quiet and some challenging sections with great turns. (edited the road name after seeing the comment below!)

Back again on Sunday for a sportive and there is one particular iconic climb which could well have be walking too - but we shall see!

Yeah got my first ride there later today, im starting in Edale then doing Burbage Moor, Curbar Edge, Rowsley Bar, Manners Wood, Monsal Head, Winnats then Mam Tor. . . cant wait!! The Strines was a bit far north when I was planning the route but will try to get that in next time. Cheers Richard
