For emperor's sign it seems like you have to keep HOLDING it so that it keeps giving boosts. It seems to boost a single player, depending on the user's race. if you're a saiyan it gives an attack boost, earthling recovers ki, etc etc

@@xydis.06.03 Well, it's situationally viable for literally every race When youre in PVP, and you know you wont have time to naturally regen your Stamina, then it's better to break it yourself and then try to evade your opponent, instead of letting them get a stamina break combo since you didnt have enough stam to vanish in the first place

ahh, for Seereax: Emperor's Sign does the same thing that holding the assist button down when targeting an ally while you are KO'd does but it targets all allies on the field instead of just 1. Tapion's Hero's Flute does the same thing but also gives you a barrier that blocks some moves and sends foes away from you when they charge at you but I think it's a shorter duration than emperor's sign. anyway, it's race specific so: Saiyans: Attack Buff to Allies. [Red] Earthlings: Ki Recovery to Allies. [Yellow] Majins: Stamina Recovery to Allies. [Green] Namekians: Slow Health Recovery to Allies. (Doesn't Revive) [Light Blue] Frieza Race: Movement Speed Buff to Allies. [Dark Blue] You don't have to wait for the animation to finish, the assists it gives are active while the little weird colored spirally energy thing is being shown

So for seereax to learn, same with you and doto, is emporer sign acts like the support when your downed, except your not downed. Obviously. Saiyans raise the damage their allies can deal when using it, so while he was using it, either you or doto, whoever was closest to him at that time, had higher attack power then normal. You can tell as there will be red particles for the saiyans boost near your character, usually coming from whichever direction he was in at that moment.

"Part 2" Also yall should consider getting zamasu's I Love Being Immortal super soul since it grants auto revive recovery by default, you can also try getting the elder kais super soul from buu, which lowers revive time and allows for team hp regen when you use a buff while transformed. If you do decide to use elder kais super soul, id suggest using fruit from the tree of might, as it lasts the longest of all the buffs. (Sorry for not giving the specific name, its really long and i dont know how to spell it)
