Seeijg Doto using the full power energy volley made me realize I don't think I've ever seen him use it right. If you do the jump foward knockback kick and then do it all of the energy shots will go right at the opponent (you can see Dion do it right a few times). I'm not sure why it works like that but it does.

Regen M and L are better in the long run. If you use Z, it's a single use and if people are dead, the get no benefit. If you use a Regen, you might not get the instantly benefit of a Z, but with the myriad of ways to avoid taking damage, that healing lasts longer over time them the benefit of a single heal. Plus, if you die or get res'd after the Regen is used, they'll still get the benefit, as opposed to the single use. Especially if you stack and L with an M or S, you gain health like you do with Energy Zone.
