Push your chest out and stomach to floor and look up through your top eyelids this is what helped me

I have to disagree with you there. Would you play a game of golf with only one club? As a tight head you need to have a counter move for every move the loos head throws at you. Your binde/setup may differ depending on who is putting the ball in. If its our scrum, then Im going to hit and hold, stabalize the scrum. If its their put in, Im going to hit and destroy, either put huge pressure on the loose head or put pressure on the hooker. Stability also depends on how your 2nd row sets up.

@@santiagogutierrez9435 read my comment. The TH and LH positions are very different from eachother. You are either a good LH who can play TH, or a good TH that can play LH. There is no such thing as a prop that can play both TH and LH equally. Unless its equally bad....lol.
