Three people dead including 3-year-old following shooting at JTB Apartments in Jacksonville

JSO says there were five victims total - four in which were shot and three shot fatally. Police say there was a dispute in the breezeway of the apartment complex.

There was no remodel. They were literally built from the ground up in 2017/2018 but yes the situation is messed up.
