I had a friend here in NY who went to vote early and was told her already voted. She was told when and where this person voted but wouldn’t show her the signature. They should have to show ID. It was explained in the video. When you get millions of mail-in ballots weeks before the election, but can't start counting them till 7:00 am ON ELECTION DAY then you tend to get backed up... That is Pennsylvania's REPUBLICAN legislated rule... Oregon has ONLY mail-in ballots and count them as they come in and have always had results on election night. The Republicans in Pensilvaina don't want a Democrat leading days before election day, and THAT is why Republicans created this rule. Republicans prefer to vote election day, and Democrats prefer voting early. Hope that clears up your "wonder why" (insert cheesy teenage anorexic mall chick smiley emoji here)
