I had the same issue with the piston of the difuser. I took the whole piston out and used vaseline on the sealants. That fixed it after many tries with other lubricants

The third reason, with a replacement sensor fixed my grinder times and brought my machine back to full operation. I have not seen this solution in any other video but it was successful for me. I did not need to reset anything else in the machine. The coffee temperature is also hotter, so I am guessing this sensor might also control one of the secondary heater timings too.

Hi, having very short grind times. Was it the hall sensor you replaced, that is the sensor with a small circuit board with wires attached. Been scratching my head about this. Thank you in advance for any info.

@@tonynorwick5057 Yes it was the little circuit board about 1" x 1/2" with only three tiny components on it with a three wire ribbon cable (just checked as I kept the removed item). Still working well.

@@tonynorwick5057 I salvaged one from a similar machine but neither was exactly the same model as here. Though many of the internal parts are the same, the panels are all a little different to remove on the exterior. Pretty sure I didn't remove the grind units entirely from either, but had to loosen to get access to the board which i think was only secured with two easy screws. Good luck !

Thanks. Very good video. I would however add the pump. Proper water pressure is vital for good coffee. Bad O-rings in pump or wrongly configured water-pump-spring will change how your coffee taste. I did change O-ring and plastic ball with chrome bearing ball and what a difference. Now I'm in faise of changing spring tension of one-way valve on top of the pump.

Hi Milen; Thanks for your great videos. My friend, I have two Delonghi machine's and one of them I use as spare parts only. Now my main machine ESAM 3500.n does not brew coffee normally, it only drips one drip at a time. I have timed the brew and it completes the brewing in 1:56 seconds "One minute and fifty-four seconds". You know that is very long. I have also replaced the water pump, Transmission kit, descaled, replaces the O-rings, and continuously clean after every use. I have had this machine for 12 years and it makes the best coffee and love the machine and do now want to replace it. Please advise me on how to get my coffee brewing as normal flow as it should have been. Thank you for your response.

I have a problem with a grinder on a magnifica, it works only for a few seconds, and coffee is weak. Is there a way to increase grinding time. You said that pcb should be reseted ih sensor is troubled, do you know how to do it? On my old delonghi magnifica i managed to increase grinding time by making 20-30 coffees one after another with maximum settings. Sometimes it holds grinding time, sometimes it dont... There are no information about this issue on the internet but i am seeing it often on machines.

I have the exact same problem. I disconnected my grinder to clean it and my guess is that this somehow has set the espresso machine to safe mode. Is there a way I can get out of this mode by myself? The grinder does not grind for more that 2-3 seconds regardless of what coffee strength I set!

Your videos have been very helpful! I have fixed several units with your help. I am having a new problem and I wonder if you might have an idea what is wrong. My ESAM 3300 flashes green lights when I start it up for about 5-10 minutes and then the trouble warning light comes on and it won't go into ready mode. I have check the temperature of the generator and it is very hot, but the unit doesn't seem to "know" that.

Upsy, that's bad... You have problem with worn out square nut with round edges which moves brew unit up and down... You have to remove transmission unit, and replace the nut and of course reapply grease... To remove transmission you have to remove the screw under brew unit holder, unscrew cover under cofee machine and then remove 4 screws which holds motor and if I'm not wrong(i don't remember exactly) transmission unit should come out. имам следния проблем със същата машина. когато направи кафе и групата слезе в долно ниво вратата на машината се отваря. всякаш не спира когато мине през ключа долно ниво, а прави още един два хода надолу. Ключа е сменян няколко пъти въпреки, че всички работят. Някаква идея към какво да се насоча?

If you want to make a video in the English language, than please learn that language properly. It's really tiresome to hear you struggle with it. One idea is to make it in your own language and than add subtitles to it, on condition that you are able to find the right words and spell them correctly.

So I prefer to be direct and honest. And I do speak four languages rather fluently (English, for example, is not my mother tongue), and I can read a few others. And my feedback may help the creator either to realize the shortcomings or to give some motivation to really start working on this. A free video that is difficult to follow is a worthless video, also giving the channel a bad reputation. And automatic translation is cumbersome, because it draws the attention to the subtitles instead of the image, and badly spoken language will be badly translated too. I suggest you try the subtitles for yourself and see what kind of experience you have, watching this video then.
