Three Sectional Staff 三节棍 - Reuniting with an Old Friend

Literally some of my first swings of the three sectional staff in many a month, maybe even over a year. Yet, it's always been near and dear to me, given how awesome it is and how versatile of a martial arts tool it is. A truly challenging weapon to master!
