Good video. Yeah having a DI is the most important thing, I like the idea of doing it to the groove will look into this in Studio One to see if that has something similar

I prefer not to use flex or any DAW's time compression and expansion tools, as these can sometimes induce subtle artifacts. I always just manually do my editing via slip editing. Thank you for the video, its always nice to learn other ways to do things.

Right click on the track header by the record and mute buttons and go to “track header components” it’s a setting in there 👍
