I did not get to watch this live, but I listened to it this morning and I needed this today. I woke up unhappy and irritable, thinking about everything I had to do that I didn't want to do and thinking about things that weren't seeming to go my way. I offered a few prayers to God asking Him for help to help me improve my mood. And I opened KZbin, looked through my subscription feed and this was one of the first videos on the list. It didn't fix everything, but it helped me reevaluate, calm down and it got me to laugh and smile. Thank you President Utchdorf for your inspiring words!
