Your channel is a hidden gem that deserves to be better known. Having grown up with saying and singing nursery rhymes it’s so fun to find out what they REALLY mean. I give books of nursery rhymes as baby gifts. Little do those parents and children know the subversive meanings of these seemingly innocuous rhymes!😄

It is an amazing little book - baa baa black sheep is found in volume two - strange to think there are no original copies of 'volume one' - (thankfully we have later copies) - more about that in the video

I had theorys that has has black sheep was about slavery because It shows "baa baa black sheep habe any wool" and slaves picked cotton at is says "one for my master" and slaves had master's. I don't mean this to offend people its just a theory
