Three used oil filters cut open, one has to much mileage on it

Fortunately I had these filters land in my lap this week. I lost all my saved filter lately. All fine filters these were except the Baldwin probably had close to 10,000 km on it. I'll get my sister on a better schedule for oil changes. And the Mann & Hummel was truly the most interesting filter. Thank you for watching.

The Purezone are some of the best built I have seen anywhere.. and Crazy Bill.. Purezone does have the synthetic XL filters with the silicone adbv.

You know sludge. Pcv sludge may cause probs. Anyone ever clean the base threaded hole at engine? The pcv valve supply is lacking. Plastic breaking? Plugged but only replaced? Oil plugging intake? A sludge cycle that a catch can sealed oil separator could fix? My engines are clean, but I am always curious. 4,500hrs on my 2 honda generators. One fuel system just replaced. Slight oil smell at exhaust. Not using oil. Miracle or just a sign of ocd. Yes my revier ware have orange bottoms! Lol

Thanks Loren, I will need to check my sister's jeep for PCV failures, that whole engine seems to be holding on as well as it can.

I was expecting a lot worse 🤔 Not a lot of K on that filter just a lot of sitting around and winter /spring use with some hyway mixed in

I'm not really surprised, you don't drive much through winter. According to the filter your engine looks pretty clean.👍
