thanks so much for this information. Can the bot captured information be generated by AI to give a comprehensive report to the respondent? I am doing a survey on Culture and wanted the respondent to have his report on his culture fit - %.. and in which category (6 for now). 18 survey questions in total.

Absolutely - your bot can capture information and manipulate it further, or use a third-party to do so. It's all about how you build that experience.

You can export data as a CSV if it's stored in a table - we just shared a video about this!

How is it possible that the choices are visualised as buttons? I just have drop down lists when I choos single choice

Once you reach a certain number of choices, your bot will automatically generate a list instead of buttons.
