I think TPOT will have 2-3 villains. That being Three, Four, and possibly One. Three might have super abilities just like One, and possibly tries to kill everyone by using the abilities. Four has a relatively high chance to be the villain of TPOT. One can be a villain of TPOT, but a low chance, because One can be a co-host or entertain other contestants rather than fighting.

I think One can be Two's Co-Host. And Eleven appears in BFDIA 9 as an RC, and Fourteen appears at the beginning of the video since it is BFDI's fourteenth birthday. That means that in BFDIA the characters already appeared poorly drawn and in a different way than what is seen in X Finds Out his Value

So, I thought of an interesting theory about BFDI. BFDI would not just be a series on KZbin, but rather a hybrid of an online game and a simulation, with similar nature to Roblox. Each contestant, as well as other viewers of the show, would have their own username. While a new BFDI episode is on the making, the creators think of the contest, once they received the votes from previous episode (if any). Once the contest is thought of, playtesters who have been selected by the developers (the Huang Twins) will ensure that the contests works smoothly, and that no bugs appear. Once that has been ensured, the contestants login onto the platform and play the contest. They may have any specific conversation, due to voice chat (TPOT and BFDIA 6+ only). When the contest finishes, and the NPC host, partially controlled by a moderator, the developers get footage from the contestant's lobby. Based on that footage, the animated episode is created, aka the one we see on KZbin. During that time, contestants or staff members (playtesters, moderators, animators, developers, the Huang Twins) are NOT allowed to say anything about the contest and what happened. Viewers need to wait till the episode is released. During that time, the viewers can play many BFDI - related games, made by either staff members or the community, as well as explore the area of Goiky in the Public Goiky Lobby. Most games made by staff members / the twins are actually previous contests. One popular exception is BFDIA 5b Remade.

So the only reason you have for believing Three is the main antagonist of BFDI:TPOT is because he hasn't been revealed yet, and because it would mean the first three numbers would all have a major role in TPOT? Yeah, that's really not much evidence at all. Also I heavily disagree with the possibility of Four being an antagonist for TPOT, as since Four already finished hosting the season he has no reason to keep going. He got what he wanted out of the contestants, even though his time was cut short by Two and what not he still finished BFB. Although he still doesn't appreciate Two for stealing his contestants out of nowhere like a jerk, Four seems to be more focused on dealing with the EXITers than giving Two his just desserts.
