Thanks guys - that was excellent. I am curious when you say these are techniques are additional to the BJJ "toolbox". Does this mean that that are not part of the standard BJJ curriculum and more GJJ self-defence techniques? In any case, I think they are great and will definitely add them my armamentarium.

@@JordanHix yes sir I have been spending a lot of time working on wristlocks with a friend of mine. Not the nicest thing but helps with competition. Always looking for a new technique or even a grain of wisdom to open my eyes like holy shit that works everywhere!!! Sometimes I use the wristlocks just to break grips. Some guys man... Crazy grip strength lol OSS 🤙❤️👊
