Love the post, but the Hydra stomper is not the suit to use with this diorama. It's way to large and drowns out the display.

I have several of the 3Z Power Armor figures, they are really outstanding. I just can't justify paying anywhere near $800 for this as much as I would like to have it. 3Z was really smoking the good stuff when they priced this particular item. Wish they got rid of the floor and back wall and appropriately priced the station itself for $200. Congrats on getting it for under $500 though, I didn't see that sale. I'm probably still interested if it drops under $400.

That sentiment seemed to be a common theme, plus you can only display one in it really. Shame too, it was a good idea...the Red Rocket Station diorama would have been truly epic!

Wow! I love dioramas, they give life to the action figures. I make my own dioramas and enjoy a lot to project and construct it.

Well Danoby, I'm a huge Fallout fan. I currently have about 8 ThreeZero Power Armor figures in the collection, and ohhh, no, no, no . . . I'm not done yet. More are incoming. I've spent at least 3000 hours in Fallout games. My ultimate goal is to get custom head sculpts of my wife and I so our miniature power-armored selves can look down upon us from their ivory towered Moducase and gaze upon all the sordid things we might do in the privacy of our collection room. I also could swing this purchase. I guess what I'm saying is that I am the target audience for this piece. And I'm not buying it. I just cannot cost justify this, not even with the BOGO nonsense on Sideshow. Now, if it were still available for under $500, I might change my tune. Sadly, I knew naught of Entertainment Earth or their holiday sale. Alas. I'm not sure what ThreeZero were thinking when they priced this, but it is probably a marketing strategy that has to do with overpricing products to create perceived value when you're dealing with a niche market that already values the IP with which said product is a part. They have me in a position where I desperately want this item and I am literally triggered every time I see it.

I like how this can be used with other things(like the IM suits) at the moment I am trying to make a stable for my 1/6 horse customs, I dont have much room so it needs to be take-apart-able for when its not in use and so I can configure it differently I have emailed a company that makes actual stables for some of their lay out plans so I can work out how many pieces to make it in to (floor walls roof etc) :)
