We are finally back on the box and together with our new besties, realestate.com.au, we are thrilled to be able to share this current reno with you. Deb Shand it really depends on the area you’re in. Near the city people are delighted with off street parking - with no cover. Then some are happy with a carport and others need a garage. We sold this house with approval for a garage but we chose not to build it for budget and time reasons and because our real estate agent told us she could still sell it for top dollar without. And she did! It was our most profitable Reno we’ve done x
