OK, and how much do you have left to write? And how much is in a submittable state? My general suggestion would be to make sure you're finishing sections you're working on. What many people do is jump around in the document, working on different sections and switching each time they get stuck. It's better to finish them one at a time so you don't have to complete all of them (doing all the difficult things you've left for later) right at the very end. You may also need an extension... I don't know without knowing a little more context
