Why is academic writing so stressful? And what can we do about it?

Hi. I really hope this question will be answered. Considering if I have only 1 sem left but i am still in data analysis part, havent started writing thesis and no publication yet ( need 1 paper for graduation). What should i focus on? Paper or thesis?

If you need a paper for graduation, focus on the paper! The work you put into it will be necessary for the thesis anyway

sir i am stuck in my phd journey. its been 1 year but still i ahve not given my SAS. i am low in confidence. what do i do. i procastinate a lot and also have imposter syndrome

Have you talked to your supervisor, advisor or even a therapist so they can help n possibly help through this road block?
