This figure is AMAZING! I have not seen much of the original anime but just judged on how it looks on its own it looks incredible. The weathering and the panel lining are all very well done and on top of the great looks it has incredible articulation and can transform. Wow! I like it! Thanks for the review.

Hi there! This figure is constructed of ABS, PVC, and POM. The figure also partly adopts zinc alloy and metal parts at the internal structures such as at the movable joints.

@@creationfantastique SOC Voltron is a MASTERPIECE no doubt. But I never wanted to buy it because of the Knee articulation which is not good. And it's more toy accurate because of the exposed lion legs. But now we have more options. Blitzway has the best articulation and features so far and it's more cartoon accurate because of the lion leg covers. BUT the size and price is too much. So threezero Voltron is the best choice for me. It has better articulation (can do the kneeling pose) than SOC Voltron. And it's more cartoon accurate because of the lion leg covers like blitzway. As for action toys Voltron...... I not sure..... It will be smaller than SOC and threezero Voltron size... And we don't see the articulation yet.

@@bphater31 I admit that it still does in relation to the presentation which is well done, but hey, each brand has a weakness the chogokin sometimes have their little thing less, and anyway it's your choice that counts , my opinion does not.remains only my opinion, voltron comes from you in the usa, with us in france it is just popular and even less known than macross, goldorak if you know of course, or dancougar, transformers, gobot, robo machine and so on, and then.everyone does according to their means, the choice is personal to you and so if you like this version, no reason to deprive yourself of it, friend, I've been collecting for 25 years but I also make mistakes of choice, regret, and sometimes I say damn. finally this figurine is ugly, or this statue does not look at all like the promise made on the photos etccc.... Good purchase bro

It is none of the above.... part of the Super Robot genre upon which Voltron is based on. You have to know the anime from the 80's to fully appreciate its popularity.
