ThreeZero - Transformers: MDLX SIDESWIPE

I got my copy over the weekend. First MDLX figure for me and I think it's really fun! I find a few bits of the sculpt (namely the thighs and the feet) impede some of the range of movement that I want but he's still crazy poseable and definitely the most dynamic Sideswipe in my collection.

I got the golden Bumblebee one from this manufacturer. I like it, even though I mostly collect as cartoon-true as possible. Makes one wonder how cool these boys would be if they could engineer them in such a way that they would actually transform, huhn?

I think their license forbids transformations. Most of Hasbro's licenses to other companies for TF stuff generally do, if I recall correctly.

What is the scale/ size? Could I put this with masterpiece? CHUG?

He's roughly six inches to the top of his head so he's a tall deluxe by todays CHUG standards.

my favorite transformers but his size in action figures suck, dont know why they did that in this line when they dont even have the transforming gimmick but they keep the size? and even that is undersized sad line, also not sure why he has his cheekbone area like that makes his face look fat. also not sure why the cannon cant rotate left to right, its fine if it was a statue just feel the line shits on characters like him to promote ones they wont to be successful like rodimus who is oversized. i hope kuro kara kuri make him and sunstreaker.
