I just threw out my back for the fourth time over the last year. My first time was last March 2023. I'm currently recovering from my latest event, its been almost two weeks of recovery and counting. I will definitely try these exercises out and include them in my everyday routine. Thanks

I've never had bad lower back pains (thank God) .I will do these as a prevention + for strenght 😉

That’s the best plan! Once you throw out your back it’s so easy to keep doing it so if you can do the Big 3 to prevent yourself from ever doing it, you’ll be much better off in the future!

Lol I throw out my back all the time, and I'm 18, been happening for prob like 2 years now too, really can happen to anyone. usually it depends but it takes abt 5 days to get back to normal. So this will be very helpful for me! Thanks Guys!

Wow since 16? You’re completely right, it can happen at any age and once it goes the 1st time it’s so easy to happen again! For sure add in the Big 3 now to build the muscular endurance up to lower that recovery time and drastically reduce how often it happens! It’s saved us so much!
