Why were they playing there? Do they do this kind of thing where they show up and play a storefront? I just saw them in Atlanta and was straight up blown away. I mean, I like Thrice. Who doesn't? But after seeing them? I was legitimately inspired. Such perfect sound, such perfect vocals without sounding like they were using a backing track, and such an amazing stage presence. One of the best shows I've seen.
