The hole in basket is for your finger to lift the lid. Sweet grass baskets are valuable. Very popular in South Carolina. The trees are great. Used to keep a small x-mas tree in my ofc and decorated according to month; i. e., Jan snow, Feb Valentine, Mar St. Pat

Different color eyes is genetic in white cats. It's very common so a white cat owner might appreciate a realistic pet portrait like that. Ive had 2 white cats w different color eyes. (Also deafness is genetic in white cats)

That cat print would be very desirable to cat lovers. My mother raised purebred Manx, many of whom were white with gold or "odd" eyes. These cats are called odd-eyed whites. Also, those prints in that group were custom framed, and custom framing was quite expensive back in the day. The frames alone are worth a lot more than they're charging.

Those higher priced Hawaiian shirts are overall patterns. Yours is an actual scene of a luau, so I think it's worth more. Those white holiday trees would be really pretty with bracelets on them. Or necklaces.

I was in Goodwill 3 days ago in Tampa and they had a comforter for 71.99! It was a brand from Walmart. I literally wrote to Goodwill. Florida is making it harder for resellers. I also noticed they are taking the shoelaces and insoles out of shoes. Im glad your prices are decent. ❤

I have a white tree like that. Mine is a little bigger and has glitter (no… it doesn’t make a mess or I wouldn’t have it 😂). I use it in my home. Didnt know what to do the it for awhile long time. We use it as decor in the living room. We change up the lights on it and change the decor monthly. We just out water eggs and butterfly lights on it. In the winter, I used snowflake lights and knitted sweaters that my grandma made many years ago. Point is the tree can be used for seasonal decor and displays nicely. Live watching you and Roger. Thanks Karen! Love your taste and decisions! The framed fabric looks like African mud cloth (BOLO alert!). But maybe it's a print bcs it looks more uniform and less primitive than genuine pieces. Still, it looks like a nice neutral art piece for minimalist decor. Or office decor. Or home staging for real estate sales(🗝️ keyword alert!) IMO! I think it would sell, I might have bought it for local pickup, depending on the cost.

Levi's did a reissue of big E jeans that are designed based on vintage styles. So if you find big E tags make sure to check the inside tags to see if they are true vintage or remakes. Just good to know info. 😉

For the white trees…..When my son was a Marine I made a table top Christmas tree with all Marine theme. I found egg shaped ornaments on EBay from Franklin Mint or Bradford Exchange. After Christmas I didn’t want to put the ornaments that weren’t Christmas so I found on EBay a white tree. So those trees can be perfect for military moms (or families) or for holiday theme trees to be changed each holiday.

That is a sea grass hand woven basket. The hole is just the end of the woven technique. Very loved, a good sale, light to ship. Most thrifters grab these up!!! 💞💞🙃💞💞

I was at a city wide sale last year that they have annually. This older woman was selling her husband's clothes and shoes. I was at this house late and I still walked away with a Filson hunting hat, Red wing boots and other High end Boots that were similar to Filson (I wish I could remember the name). That first piece of artwork you picked up looked like it might have been worth something. I always check the back of a picture to see how well it is finished off - the finishing on the back says as much about the quality as the framed front. There may also be an art gallery name on it or have some information about the picture.

My folks have been married 65 YEARS! My dad has ONLY wore Levi 501 button up jeans his whole life, i can't even imagine how many Levi's my mom has thrown away in 65 years, and I had a small anxiety attack, which I never have, when I looked them up 😮

One more thing I add. When I was a kid, we used to go to Bunny Buckle's to buy our Levi's, they were $5.50 in the 1980's! Bunny Buckle was the guys name who owned the grocery/general store in my hometown of 700❤ and the store is still there!

The woven basket might be for yarn. The loose end of yarn comes up through the hole and keeps yarn at bay while project is being worked on. I liked your idea of using it for kleenex too, that would be cool as well.
