i read "everything i know about love" as my first book of the new year and it's truly sooo brilliant, def allows for some serious introspection. & i LOVE "all about love", an all time fav. also have to give a biggg +1 to reconnecting with nature when you feel stuck 🍃

Aside from a couple weird things in that book that I never hear anyone talk about, all about love is so good and will probably give you what you wanted from reading a self help type book. Communion the female search for love also by bell hooks is another great one to check out
