It's just a great thing to do all around...great for your budget, great for the environment; and many times because the item is older, is made BETTER than today's fast fashion! My entire wardrobe is thrifted, Missy, and I love it!

The BEST Christmas we had as kids was when my mom and stepdad gave us thrifted gifts. Usually we didn’t receive anything since there were 9 kids but that Christmas they went all out.. we knew it was from a thrift store and we did not care. IT WAS THE THOUGHT that counted and that was the happiest Christmas I remember as a child…

Welcome to the world of thrifting, after I lost weight I donated all my clothes and began thrifting, my new wardrobe was all thrifted, and I love what I bought, also some of the decor I added to my home is some of my favorite decor, everything is unique and truly mint…. I thrifted thorough the years 7 pairs of brand new shoes, sketchers, life stride etc It’s truly my hobby now… You purchased great treasures

With so much crap going into landfills and the prices of things likely going up from increased tariffs in the coming months, I’m almost exclusively shopping second hand for gifts from now on. Thrift stores, antique malls, Poshmark, etc. it’s more personalized and it gives something that would otherwise be trashed a second life.

My granddaughter loves to shop for clothes at thrift stores like Goodwill. She’s 18 and has always got clothes that way. I’m so glad she’s not one of those I have to shop at the pricey mall stores types. In fact she left from visiting yesterday to go look for stuff she needs for work. I and her mom have instilled this type of shopping in her. So proud of her!!

Hi. Missy. I love the thriftmas. Gift giving idea. I love the great finds with the new tags on yet especially and vintage items. Ivd found some sears Christmas decorations. Brand new in boxes unopened. Very vintage looking. Ive been going to 3 or 4 thrift stores . Since November. I havent found items or clothing . But i will keep looking . It seems people are now starting there donating parting with there treasures and donating to the local thrift stores. Maybe might find some treasures. I donated 8 bags of clothing my husband and i and our 2 adult brought all there clothing and coats shoes we all dont wear. Or dont fit anymore. Very good clean not very worn still almost new conditions. Some thrift finds some new. 😊but i really love thrifting. My one son does also. Just him and i. ❤❤ i found nice adult coloring books and special pencils to color for myself. Just started. Because of your encouragement. My husband is a artist 🎨 but hasnt done much lately thanks for showing and explaining all your beautiful. Thriftmas gifts. They are awesome. Wow that coffee basket is such a nice gift you’ve put together! I love the Bear Candle! I had a giant Wizard Candle I got from Wicks & Sticks in the 90s ❤ I want your entire haul 😂 I’m so jealous! I’d add glitter to the roof of the cottage in the painting 😊

I wish we had Goodwill stores here in NY. There aren't any but Savers and they have garbage. I would thrift every day. I love so much what you picked up especially the teddy bear candle, just too cute!!! I just put up my stockings today and decorated my family room.

Great video Missy! Wish we lived closer, I just dumped off two brand new expensive puzzles to my local thrift shop which were birthday gifts. Love the candle. My grandmother didn't like Christmas, in fact, she thought it should be celebrated once every five years, LOL, but she did have a wax / chocolate Santa in her refrigerator which I eventually ate!

I’m loving the idea as well. I’m going to do this. I just lost my mom in June of this year. So I’m going to thrift pie plates or casserole dishes this year along with her favorite recipes and some new tea towels for my three daughters for Christmas.

I think Grandma is gonna have the best gift. I saw next week's shoprite add I thought of you they have on sale disposable coffee cups to go in different patterns for 2.99 in next weeks sale. Also your daughter may like loungesets at TJ Max and Boscovs on sale some come with socks . Just a thought, have a great day
