Hey sweet friend!! Glad to be shopping along with you today! At least I get to look & browse until i can actually get out myself😄 I told you about all the thrift stores her, and yesterday i thought I'd ck the antique stores out, thinking there were probably more then back in TN. But I was not expecting what i found😳 Michelle its just crazy! Not just stores, but the one with multiple booths and large antique malls..i think there's even more than there are thrift stores! After almost an hour of scanning over the shop & all the pictures, just stopped looking! When I get out i don't even know where to start😄 I'm thinking maybe i should have waited to search when i got ready to plan a day..i know my first one I'm going to hit all that i can! Girl if i can't find at least one of everything on my hunt/wish list.. there's no hope😄 I like that booth with the thermoses too! Such neat pieces! Ahh i see one of those folding rulers! That's A piece i hope to find & add to my antique toolbox!! Do you know what Dept store it was originally? The plate is beautiful! I love all the cloches! I really hope to find some of the taller one like those. All mine, even my large one, are the wider, flatter ones. I haven't found a tall one yet. The stores in TN just didn't have them 🤷‍♀️ What A great price! Always excited to find old bibles. Aww the little bird is precious🐦 I have this triple shelf piece, the shelves are attached & hanging by the thick rope. I saw all these sweet little birds in Hobby Lobby & decided i wanted to decorated that piece with just birds, and a few little minature bird houses & things like that. That would be sweet on that shelf. My favorite bird is A tiny one in a nest made from that tree moss & it sits on top of an old bed mattress spring. But its on my one of my step back shelves. I have little birds sitting all around in my decor. The clay pots are too cute! Can't wait to find some crocks! The little house tea pot is another cool find with all the crazing..i have several that size, no crazing tho🫤 & several teeny little miniature ones that sit in the palm of your hand! Really sweet😊 Love the all the transfer ware pieces, and really great prices! Awww girl i remember my son playing football at Eastons age, he played center & loved it! He played until he aged out. I miss those days but i also remember sitting in some nasty cold weather too🥶 lol Looks like he's going to be really good at it, i know you & Cheryl are going to enjoy his games😊 I love the yellow flowers in the compote!🌼 Adding the lid that way was a great idea too. I have an old jar of different colored buttons, and a tiny jar with buttons from a WWII military uniform. I plan to add to both as i find them. But collecting white ones to use this way is another great idea! I've seen you do it lots of times & always thought it was so pretty! I do have the string & a couple bags of shred! I love that vignette, really pretty💛 Hope I find my chest for a coffee table 🤞🏼 Love the entire look on the chest with all the pieces.. as always you did a beautiful job! Oh Michelle..i needed that verse today, he's definitely my strength, especially lately! Thank you! I really enjoyed the video! I don't know if you follow Nicole at "Vintage Southern Belle", but I watched her video she posted yesterday i think, she used cutting boards for place mats & in each plate she put a really small cloche with a red white & blue ribbon tied around the knob. Then made a centerpiece. But it was just adorable! I know you love decorating with cloches so just wanted to tell you about that. Nicole is another precious sister in Christ, if you don't follow her I'm sure you'd enjoy her! She loves all the old things too!

@@YVYOU Aww how sweet they you're still thinking of me with that transfer ware🥹 haven't been shopping yet, but wedding be much longer! My DIL's grandma has 2 of the metal bottom singer sewing tables that someone gave her. They've been made into tables but still have the bottom foot paddle.. and a glass top. I was telling her some things i was looking for, troll her that i had the old gold & black machine... she's giving me one of the tables!! How cool! And random😄 so I'm excited about that!! But anyway.. we go to Tennessee this weekend to pack up everything & put in storage til we get a house. I'm so nervous something will get broken😬and we only have 2 days to get it all done! Plus we've got to put my daughters things in storage. She's supposed to leave for Nashville Tuesday to go into a "mommy & me" program. Please keep her in your prayers, God knows this is the beer thing for her & those babies! If she don't go.. she has nowhere else to go & is breaking my heart Michelle! I know I always come to you for prayers, but i know you'll actually pray! And I'm so so thankful to have A sister in Christ i can count on for prayer! Honestly I don't really confide in people very much. So thank you for ALL your prayers Michelle.. and I'm still praying for you as well! Love ya girlfriend❤ And pray for my nerves with all this packing & storing🥴 lol

That was a cute antique store. The forget-me-not dishes were expensive China back in the 80s. My sister had that as her pattern for her china when she got married. She uses it more frequently in recent years. I am 61 years old and when my girlfriend and I go Thrifting, we laugh at the things that we see being sold so cheaply, but were so expensive back in the 80s and 90s. We often see items that we would’ve loved to have bought when we were younger, but didn’t have the extra money because we had a young family. I am going to have to remember your little tip about using buttons for decor. As a child, I loved to go into my mothers, sewing stash and play with the buttons. Thanks for sharing.❤️

That is so funny and true about things that were expensive before and now so cheap. I think about that every time I see a Rae Dunn piece, those were racking in big money and now you find them for hardly nothing. I really do love your sister's china, I need to use mine more often. I remember we had a big material store here and they had this big drum that was filled to the brim with buttons. I would love to play in that thing, and always loved looking at my mother's jars of buttons too. Love the sweet memories....thank you for watching sweet friend!
