haha i totally get where your husband comes from lol Our situation (full-time business) calls for continually adding to our supply. The last thing we want is to have no furniture to flip. So when I find a good deal at a good price that will turn a solid profit - I buy and store for when I can get to it 😆 It definitely wasn't always this way lol! Thanks for watching (:

You have such nice, clean thrift stores in Iowa and they are full. I live in Atl and there is not a great selection, plus stuff never sits around too long, all the best pieces are gone by 9 AM.

They do a great job at upkeeping their stores for sure! Timing is definitely a big aspect of sourcing furniture, you have to be on top of it!

I'd buy the old black dresser for the hardware. And get them down to $20. Use it for workshop storage or put it at the curb. Keep the gorgeous hardware.

Des Moines is a beautiful place. Our daughter lives in one of the suburbs. We love it there we are in Cedar Rapids just two hours and 10 minutes east.

As a full-time business that flips furniture we have to keep adding to our supply. The last thing we want is to have no furniutre to flip. So when I find a good deal at a good price that will turn a solid profit - I buy and store for when I can get to it. We have a content plan and schedule so I am already working on projects 99% of the time when I buy new furniture. Hope that makes sense a bit! Thanks for watching (:
