THRIFT WITH ME | 3 Stores in Palm Springs, CA | HOW am I gonna get this home?!

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a fun thrifting trip I took to three different thrift stores while on vacation in Palm Springs, California. I came across so many fun items, including clothes and home decor. I even bought a portrait painting without knowing how I'd get it home... stay tuned for that! Thanks for watching!

Sarah, I'm so glad you got the painting. She really looks like you! 1967!! ohmygosh! The frame was not a quality one, imo. You can easily have it replaced at a good framing shop. They will be able to suggest the right frame that matches the age of the painting. Based on the pictures you took of the back try and research some more information. This should be very interesting. Can't wait to see it hanging in your home! TFS

You can always go to UPS store and ship your items home.

I thought of that, but just didn’t want to pour more money into it because we would’ve had to Uber, purchase packing material, and then pay the high shipping fees! But that’s a great idea and I know people do it all the time. I’m just too cheap when it comes to that lol!

One idea, when you find a piece you absolutely love and want to get back home…stop by a UPS or USPS and have it shipped to your home before you head back🙂

That’s a great idea! We didn’t have a rental car and I know shipping fees can be high for such a large and heavy item, so I didn’t explore that because I didn’t wanna spend more money on this lol! I am too cheap when it comes to this stuff!

You are right! I think the MCM stuff is in the more curated vintage stores. Palm Springs is a city that knows the value of MCM and thus wouldn’t just donate it.
