I definitely thought about it!! I probably should have at least grabbed the ice bucket because I've got a set of the gold leaf glasses to put with it! Ugghhh... Wish I'd have thought of that in the moment!! If it's still there when I go back, I'll pick it up!! ❤️❤️

I think it likely would have had an under plate as well!! Super cute piece though!! I absolutely love Heart N' Hand Thrift Store!! They do a beautiful job keeping it clean and curated, the staff are all wonderful folks!! It has a calm and inviting atmosphere. Not to mention all that they do for folks in the local area!! For me, that's exactly what thrift stores should be about ~ Doing what they claim they're doing!! I'm not paid by or contracted with HNH to promote them either, just as a side note. I had stopped by there one day and asked if I could film for my KZbin channel. The manager invited to her office and we sat and chatted for a bit about the store and all of the things it does to legitimately help the community. They have only a couple of paid employees and everyone else is literally a volunteer!! I genuinely enjoy doing videos there!! Hopefully it helps get them some much needed recognition!! We need more "mom & pop", or independent style thrift stores. This one is operated by a local church.

The Craft and glasses my grandma had back in the 60's dont know how old they were then, she had regular glasses that match too

I think they first started producing that pattern sometime in the 50's and then continued for several years. It was very popular, and still is!! I find pieces of it or a few glasses together here and there, but I've never found the glasses with the carafe. I'd love to find it with the original metal holder too!!

In England we call that glass carnival glass as it used to be won at the fair irrdestent glass

Which glass are you referring to? We have iridescent or "carnival" glass here in the States as well and it got it's nickname for the same reason!! ❤️❤️

HNH is definitely one of my favorite places!! You have to apply to sell on Niknax, but it's not difficult. Go to Niknax.net and create an account. You should see an option to apply to sell and it'll walk you through it. At the bottom of the page you'll also find helpful info and an FAQ section!! ❤️❤️
